
To connect positively with guests, hosts/hostesses need training beyond just the technical aspects of their job. They need to understand their MOST important role, making sure guests instantly feel welcome, important, and special.
A host or hostess is someone who is responsible for greeting customers at a restaurant with a smile, welcoming them into the establishment, seating them, and providing them with a menu.
They are the organizer, the herder, and the first and last impression of the restaurant.
This course is combined with the Waiters & Waitresses curriculum to offer you more for less
This course will cover the following and everything from the waiter’s course
- Welcoming guests
- Managing reservations
- Phone etiquette
- Cleanliness
- Organizational and people skills
- Customer service

Timetable
Lessons are conducted from Monday to Friday. Maximum 3 hours a day. You can only come if your booking is approved and ready to start.
